Palazzo Utini is an extraordinary invitation to a high quality gastronomic experience in a territory that is a work of art for the senses.
Executive Chef is Roberto Monopoli, who signs a wonderful menu inspired by contemporary Emilian cuisine, relying on the valuable support of the advice of Enrico Bartolini, the most starred chef in Italy, "artistic director" who shows the way to harmony.

Monopoli exalts with its crystalline talent the local ingredients and the Parma tradition through a decidedly current approach. The refined work in the kitchen... As they were, to present them at the table with the refined language of today, in a wonderful symphony between past and present. Pure seduction.

THE MENU

A contemporary, lively, dynamic Emilian cuisine. Dishes designed and cooked to best express the value of raw materials, according to the times dictated by nature and the seasons. Territory and tradition as hinges, tracks, cardinal points and polar stars, reinterpreted by the talent of Roberto Monopoli.

Alessandra Veronesi, Restaurant Manager and Wine Director, supported by Sebastien Ferrara, Restaurant Manager and Wine Director of Enrico Bartolini at MUDEC (3 stars Michelin), has selected with passion and intelligence over 400 labels: much is Italy, with a certain attention to regions such as Piedmont and Tuscany; ample space is dedicated to France with the beloved Champagne and Burgundy.
