My cuisine is born each morning at the market, a place where I build deep relationships with suppliers, fishermen, and farmers who are also my first customers. With them, I share a profound respect for raw ingredients and local traditions.

Each ingredient I select tells a story of place, time, and the breathtaking beauty of the lagoon with its incredible diversity.

istorante GLAM is located within the luxury hotel Palazzo Venart, (owned by the LDC Italian Hotel Group chain) on the Grand Canal in Santa Croce, in one of the most tucked away, peaceful corners of Venice.

Crossing the threshold of this wonderful Venetian palace you find yourself in a secluded courtyard, where magnolia trees with a sweet and delicate fragrance offer shelter from the sun. This is where Ristorante GLAM is situated: a simple yet sophisticated environment, designed to host up to 30 people, with highly evocative surroundings that bring back memories of a bygone Venice.

The restaurant is intimate and friendly with a garden facing onto the Grand Canal, the only one in the city, from where you can glimpse the renowned Casino of Venice, Palazzo Ca’ Vendramin Calergi.
